A:	Yes the unit is fully operational. Only removed from service by our organization for something newer and better designed for our current operations. There is signs of rust on the rear body and some signs underneath but there have been no callouts for concern by the mechanic where we service our vehicles. -Answered on 07/14/2025 09:29 AM
