2014 Ford Explorer with approximately 117,033 miles. The vehicle is being sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied.
The winning bidder will be responsible for all costs, including title transfer fees. The vehicle must be paid for and picked up within 14 days of the auction’s close, unless prior arrangements are made and approved by the Township. An appointment is required to pick up the vehicle; no walk-ins will be accepted.
Physical inspection is strongly encouraged. To schedule an inspection, please contact the Township during normal business hours. Penn Township makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of the description, mileage, or photos provided in this listing. Delivery is not available, and the buyer is solely responsible for arranging transport or pickup. Once the vehicle has been removed from Township property, Penn Township assumes no liability or responsibility for its condition or operation.
Penn Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in the bidding process.

- Winning bid: $50,000: = Buyers fee: $4,000 (8% of $50,000).
- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.

If your credit card is declined for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $50 fee.
