Item Description
For sale is a 2006 Ford F550 4X4, equipped with a 6.0L diesel engine and an automatic transmission. The truck is equipped with a Fisher MC series plow and a Flink stainless salt spreader all run off central hydraulics. The truck was last in service winter of 24/25 and is inspected until 1/26. Tire tread life is approximately 75% rear and 25% front. Truck is being sold AS-IS and is available for buyer inspection (recommended). Some known issues are a possible exhaust leak and some heavy rust through on the dump body.

All property is offered for sale "AS-IS, WHERE IS." The Abington Heights School District makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Payment is due in full at the time of pick up. Acceptable forms of payment are Certified Bank Check or a money order made out to the Abington Heights School District. Winning bidder must remove property within 5 days after the end of auction. Buyer shall be responsible for all costs incurred for the title transfer as will be required at the time of pick up. Buyer is responsible for loading and removal of all property purchased.

The reserve price is quite fair.
The known issues are mainly an exhaust leak at possibly the exhaust manifold or Y pipe, and the heavy rust on the steel dump body. There are also a few dents in the hood behind the plow frame lights from someone attaching the plow. We can certainly arrange an inspection if you would like to check it out.

Our Buyers Fees
With Municibid, pricing is clear, up-front and transparent. A buyer's fee (% of the winning bid amount) will be charged directly to the winning bidder upon the close of each auction via the credit card you entered prior to placing the bid. - Winning bid: $50,000: = Buyers fee: $4,000 (8% of $50,000).
- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
