Item Description
For sale is a non-running 2008 4X4 utility body truck equipped with a 5.4L gas engine needing replacement and an automatic transmission. This truck also comes with a Fisher V-Plow. Some known issues are the engine needing replacement and the utility box having some rust issues. Tire tread life is approximately about 75%

The Abington Heights School District makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Payment is due in full at the time of pick up. Acceptable forms of payment are Certified Bank Check or a money order made out to the Abington Heights School District. Winning bidder must remove property within 5 days after the end of auction. Buyer shall be responsible for all costs incurred for the title transfer as will be required at the time of pick up. Buyer is responsible for loading and removal of all property purchased.

A local garage diagnosed it as a timing issue with the cam phasers. Not sure if there was any other collateral damage, but the local garage recommended replacing the engine with a rebuilt.

- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
