Item Description
You are bidding on a 2005 Lexus ES330 which was used as a Detective’s Car. The car has 169,111 miles. Power comes from a 3.3L V6 Engine and a 5 Speed Automatic Transmission. This car is front-wheel drive. This is a well-optioned car with a leather interior and sunroof. The state and emissions inspections expire on June 30, 2026. There appears to be a slight oil leak around one of the valve cover gaskets and there are some scratches on the body as is seen in the photographs.
You are purchasing this vehicle as-is with no verbal or written warranties expressed or implied. The Borough of Swissvale will not warrant any part of the car. Shipping is not available. There is a clean title for this vehicle.
Full payment must be made in cash or certified funds prior to release of the vehicle and we will transfer the title to the vehicle before you remove it from the premises. We will not release the title to you without transferring it.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
