Item Description
1997 GMC C8500. 83,272 miles on a 7.2L CAT 3126 engine with an automatic 5 speed Allison Transmission. VIN 1GDP7H1J7VJ500119. PA inspection expired September 2025. Truck has new turbo, exhaust manifold and fuel tank on the driver side. Vehicle currently will not pass PA State inspection; however, the truck ran and drove when parked. Truck contains rust throughout the frame, has a cracked top frame rail, and rear brakes are currently locked from sitting without use. Truck is being sold without a body. The truck will start with a jump. Sold as is with no warranty.
Seller’s Terms & Conditions
This item will be voted on for approval by the Chestnuthill Township Board of Supervisors during the regular scheduled February 3, 2026 meeting. The winning bidder will be notified on February 4, 2026 if approved during the Supervisors meeting. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Upon approval of the sale by the Board of Supervisors, the buyer must pick up the item at the Chestnuthill Township Municipal Building (271 Route 715, Brodheadsville, PA 18322) before February 17, 2026 (10 business days after Board of Supervisors meeting). Item is sold as is with no warranty. It is recommended that all interested bidders view the item in person prior to bidding.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
