All vehicle(s) and equipment are sold in “as is” condition without express or implied warranties. The accepted methods of payment are exact change cash, certified check or money order. All methods must be payable to the “Township of River Vale.” All items are to be paid in full within five (5) days and are to be removed within ten (10) days of the auction by the successful bidder. No claims are made to the condition or future usability of all items auctioned. The Township of River Vale reserves the right to accept or reject any bids submitted. In the case of a third party pick-up , please fill out the attached "Authorization to Release" Form and it must be presented at the time of payment and pickup. Items not claimed within 30 days of the winning bid will be re-listed for auction.
