Certified check or bank wire transfer required prior to pick up. Certified check made payable to Keating Township. Item must be picked up within 20 days of auction end. All items will be sold on an "as is", "where is" basis. There shall be no warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to any of the said articles and no refunds of any kind shall be made. Keating Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, for any cause whatsoever, as it deems in the best interest of the Township.

Item Description

Keating Township is offering for sale a 2009 LeeBoy 8515 asphalt paver from our municipal fleet. This reliable machine has only 1,662 hours on the meter, which is exceptionally low for a paver of this age.

The paver is in good operating condition and was actively used by our road department during the 2025 paving season, completing several miles of municipal paving projects without any operational issues. It has proven to be a reliable and productive machine ideal for municipal road work, overlays, and parking lot paving.

This unit has been maintained and operated by a township road department, rather than a private contractor running daily commercial production. It has seen seasonal municipal use, which explains its low hours and careful upkeep.

The LeeBoy 8515 model is widely recognized for its durability, ease of operation, and excellent maneuverability, making it an excellent choice for contractors, municipalities, parking lot projects, and smaller paving crews.

We are selling this machine only because the township is upgrading to a larger paver to handle wider paving applications. Nevertheless, this unit remains a dependable machine, fully ready to be put to work immediately.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
