You are bidding on a LOT of 2 New Highwall Indoor A/C Units, Mini Split Heat Pumps, Requires outdoor unit, one is Ameristar and the make of the other in unknown. The two are in sealed boxes and have never been used.. Model: M4MHW22. WILL NOT SEPARATE. SOLD AS ONE. SOLD AS IS.

Third-Party Pickup:

Before the sold material will be released, the winning buyer will be required to send an email (from the winning buyer's email address used for the auction) identifying the representative authorized to pick up the paid item on their behalf. The authorized representative will need to bring the Notice of Award, Paid Receipt (photocopies are acceptable), bill of lading (for the transport or shipping company), and their picture identification (such as a Driver's License).

The Chicago Transit Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids received. They also reserve the right to withdraw any auction at any time without any notification obligation whatsoever. Please note that all auctions are subject to Chicago Transit Authority approval even if the item is being sold "NO RESERVE".

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
