The Brute Plus Series of positive pressure ventilators is LifeJack's premier line of fire service fans. This is the  24" models with a 5.5 HP Honda engine. It's equipped with sturdy 10" wheels and extension handles. Simply push the handle down for compact storage or telescope it up to roll the Brute Plus easily to the optimal location. This fan starts and runs great.

Seller’s Terms & Conditions

As is and picked up on site no warranty expressed or offered. Removal of the equipment can only be conducted after payment is received by the City of Mentor-on-the-Lake and only during the normal operating hours. The location of this equipment is at the Mentor-on-the-Lake Fire Department, located at 5860 Andrews Rd Mentor-on-the-Lake, Ohio 44060. Pick up times will be Monday through Friday between the hours of 8a.m. and 3:30p.m. excluding holidays. As a condition the winner of the auction will: A. Provide Payment within 5 days of conclusion of auction and Removal of the equipment within 10 working days after the winning bidder has been notified. B. Provide the necessary equipment, tools and labor to remove the equipment from City Property. C. Remove the equipment safely and in accordance with applicable local, state and federal highway and transportation requirements. D. Be solely responsible for the removal of the equipment . E. Provide the necessary equipment, tools and labor to clean the work area post removal if required. F. Be responsible for any individual that may accompany the winning bidder, that is on City property, and is properly trained and/or licensed for the task they are performing. G. Be responsible for taking any and all necessary reasonable fire safety precautions at all times. PAYMENT TERMS All dollar figures are stated in U.S. Dollars. The equipment is being sold, for one lump sum on an AS-IS, WHERE-IS basis. Payment terms with the City are to be prepaid prior to the removal of the equipment from City property. Payments will only be made by cash or cashier's check made payable to “City of Mentor-on-the-Lake“ and be delivered in person to: Mentor-on-the-Lake City Hall 5860 Andrews Rd.
