Cold Tub 2013 Icepod for Sale by Monomoy Regional School District

Monomoy Regional School District is offering a Cold Tub 2013 Icepod for sale. This cold plunge tub measures 60"x30"x42". It is in good condition, but the 'hot tub' option is not working. Initial investigation suggests that part replacement may be required. The 'cold tub' functionality is still operational.

This item is being sold “as is” and there is no warranty or guarantee with this item. Buyer assumes all risk and liability associated with the item at the time of purchase. Payment must be made prior to or at the time of removal of the item. Payment must be a certified bank check made payable to "Monomoy Regional School District". All items MUST be removed within 10 business days of auction ending, and all bidders MUST contact us within 48 business hours of auction completion to confirm payment and pickup. Failure to make contact within 72 business hours may result in the cancellation of the bid.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
