A:	Good afternoon, the vehicle will need to be jumped as the battery is dead. The vehicle has been sitting for a while & will need to be gone over. A:	Good afternoon, the vehicle needs to be towed as it should be gone over by a mechanic before driving on the road. The vehicle has been sitting for a while & it will need a jump as the battery is dead, the brakes are rusted, & the transmission seems to buck driving around the yard.
