Buyer acknowledges that this product is a firefighting chemical agent and agrees to assume all responsibility for its handling, storage, transport, and use. By placing a bid, the buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the seller from any and all claims, damages, injuries, or liabilities arising from the purchase, possession, or use of this product. Buyer is responsible for pickup and transportation within 5 days of auction close. The pails are on pallets, so we can assist with a forklift if necessary. What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
