This robust machine accommodates up to 45 qt. of product in its durable stainless steel bowl, making it ideal for processing dough, batter, and other culinary creations. The unit features two cut/mix knives and a knead/mix attachment to handle diverse food processing tasks. For easy and tidy product removal, the bowl includes a convenient pouring lip and tilts to a full 90-degree angle.

Built for both durability and safety, this food processor ensures your operation benefits from a high-quality, long-lasting machine. Its steel base is finished with epoxy enamel for added protection, while the bowl support bar and mixing baffle are crafted from stainless steel for strength and hygiene. The innovative polycarbonate bowl cover incorporates clear Lexan, effectively sealing ingredients and preventing spills without the hassle of a gasket that requires frequent replacement. Additionally, the support bar is counterbalanced to facilitate smooth handling. The mixing baffle includes a practical pour-through center shaft that allows liquid ingredients to be added during operation while keeping the cover securely closed to avoid messes.

The controls are protected within a reinforced polyester enclosure that is high impact resistant, and the sealed buttons are fully washable for easy cleaning. Furthermore, the processor includes both "hold" and "jog" modes, allowing you to customize the processing cycle to fit your specific needs.

Your kitchen staff’s safety is prioritized with built-in safety interlocks that prevent operation in unsafe conditions: the bowl cover must be securely closed for the unit to run, and the processor will automatically stop if the bowl tilts more than 20 degrees.

For added convenience, a polypropylene strainer basket is included with the unit. Please note that this vertical food processor requires a 200V 3-phase electrical connection for proper operation.

Once we set up the date/time for pick up. Indemnity/Hold Harmless Agreement form: this document will need to be signed prior to pick up.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
