All equipment is sold as-is with no warranty. Buyer is responsible for inspecting equipment prior to bidding. Buyer is responsible for payment within 7 calendar days of auction close. Payment may be made in the form of cashier’s check, certified check, or money order. Cash accepted but not preferred. Buyer must remove item or items within 10 days of final bid. Seller cannot assist with the loading, transportation, or towing of items. Hours to view items and/or pickup items are from 9am-3pm Monday through Friday.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
