Certified payment due at time of pickup. The successful bidder shall make payment in the form of cash or a certified check made payable to the Lycoming County Water and Sewer Authority. Payment is due on or before the time of pickup and the equipment must be removed from the Authority's property within fourteen (14) days of bid award. Refunds will not be given for items that are not picked up by the deadline. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof. Buyer has sole responsibility of picking up the equipment during normal business hours, from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM, M-F. Delivery is not available. The Authority is not responsible for the equipment once it has left Authority property.
