The Elastec Drug Terminator is a portable, drug disposal incinerator for evidence drugs, paraphernalia, and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs). It was designed for the on-site disposal of evidence property, prison contraband, and drugs collected during community take-back programs. Law enforcement agencies, prisons, military installations and medical facilities. Was only used once many years ago and law changed retail value $6000

The winning bidder accepts full responsibility for the item in its current condition, including any known or unknown faults. All bidders are responsible for conducting their own due diligence prior to placing a bid. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to schedule an inspection before bidding. By placing a bid, the bidder acknowledges that they have reviewed and are satisfied with the condition of the item, including but not limited to mileage, trim level, and any visible and/or mechanical issues. Placing a bid constitutes a legally binding agreement. The winning bidder agrees to complete the purchase regardless of any issues discovered after the auction concludes. All sales are final. Payment and pickup must be completed within five (5) days of the auction’s end. The only accepted form of payment is a bank check made payable to the East Bridgewater Police Department.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
